Biographical notes:
The Young Women's Christian Association of the University of North Dakota was organized in 1893 to promote religious, educational and physical activities. An Advisory Board, consisting of faculty and their spouses, alumni and friends, and a Senior Cabinet, consisting of student members, led the group. The Senior Cabinet was renamed the Executive Committee. The YWCA of UND disbanded in 1963 from lack of interest.
