Biographical notes:
The Worcester Organ Company was incorporated in 1876 for the manufacture and sale of organs and reed musical instruments. Its six founders and shareholders included Alonzo C. Emmons ( - ), president, and William B. Taber ( - ), treasurer. The business was located at 9 May Street and advertised parlor, cabinet, and church organs for sale. It was apparently disbanded in 1877.
