Biographical notes:
Helen Lotos, an Orange County, California public relations specialist, became active in local, regional, and national women's rights organizations in the early 1970s.
She has held professional positions such as the Information Services Director for the Orange County Libraries and has been a member of various professional societies including the Orange County Press Club, the Public Relations Society of America, the Library Public Relations Council, and the California Elected Women's Association. Lotos was on the board of directors for Women in Communications, Inc. in 1984 and the Friends and Foundations of California Libraries in 1999.
