Kennebunkport (Me. : Town)
Biographical notes:
Town of Arundel incorporated 1719; by 1821 name Arundel disappeared as it was changed to Kennebunkport the same year; in 1915 new town created from Kennebunkport known as North Kennebunkport; name changed in 1957 to Arundel; current Arundel occupies small portion of the town so named in 1719.
