Sue Prince taught for the Bureau of Indian Affairs in rural villages in northern and western Alaska from the late 1950's through early 1970's when she took a teaching position at Mt. Edgecumbe School in Sitka;
she taught, at various times, in Point Hope, Wainwright, Beaver, Arctic Village, Galena, Chevak, and Venetie.
