President, Pennsylvania State Education Association, 1934. President, Edinboro State Teachers College, 1934-1940. Superintendent of Schools, Lansdowne, PA, 1941-1945. Executive director, Public Education Association of Pennsylvania, 1946. Died 12 October 1946.
