Biographical notes:
Automotive engineer; chief engineer and manufacturing head of Lozier Motor Co., eventually in charge of the Detroit, Mich. plant; chief engineer of the Timken-Detroit Axle Co.; worked with aircraft engines in U.S. Army Signal Corps, including the Liberty 12; worked for Willys-Overland, in Toronto, Stevens-Duryea and Pratt & Whitney Aircraft. Charter member of the Society of Automotive Engineers; held seven patents; after retirement taught engineering at Trinity College in Hartford, Conn.
