Colonel Dunning McNair (d. 1825) was a prominent citizen and businessman of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and is recognized as the founder of Wilkinsburg (Allegheny County), Pennsylvania. In addition to his career as a land speculator, he represented Allegheny County in the Pennsylvania legislature.
