Served in the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP) during World War II, class of 44-w-5. Stationed at Courtland Army Air Field, Courtland, Ala. and then at Eglin Air Proving Ground Command (APGC), Fort Walton Beach, Fla. where she served until WASP deactivation, Dec. 20, 1944.
