Charles R. Harvey (1895-1986) was a Mormon farmer in Blanding, Utah. He was raised in Colonia Diaz, Mexico, and served in the First World War.

Charles Harvey was born to James Douglas Harvey and Nancy Anderson 28 September 1895 in Colonia Diaz, Mexico. He moved to Blanding, Utah in 1913 and married Nellie Jane Johnson on 8 October 1919 in Salt Lake City. He died 30 June 1986 in Blanding.
Nellie Jane Johnson was born to James Parley Johnson and Eliza Jane Rowley 17 January 1898 in Diaz, Galeana, Chihuahua, Mexico. She died 8 November 1980 in Monticello, San Juan, Utah.
