BIOGHIST REQUIRED Historian, sociologist. Nelson taught at City College of New York, the University of Chicago, the University of Minnesota, Columbia University, Hofstra College, S.U.N.Y. Stony Brook, and The New School for Social Research. He also edited special issues of Psychoanalysis and the Psychoanalytic Review and acted as an advisor for Harper & Row and other publishers.
