Harold P. Fabian was born on 1 April 1885. He graduated from both Yale and Harvard universities in 1907 and 1910, respectively. He served as a major in the Infantry during World War I, was a member of various law partnerships, and served on many Utah education boards and committees. He married Josephine Cunningham in 1938. He was the chairman of the National Parks Advisory Board from 1963 to 1972. Harold P. Fabian died in 1975.
