Taber, Frederick R., 1839-1863.
Biographical notes:
Frederick R. Taber enlisted in the Confederate States Army in 1861. He served in the 18th Louisiana Infantry Regiment until March 1862, when he was admitted with a chronic illness to a Confederate Army hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. He was sent home to Convent, St. James Parish, Louisiana, in February 1863 and died there the following year.
A. F. and Mary Trust were Taber's parents. Lillie Trust was his sister.
