Biographical notes:

The Long Island Division obtained a small amount of information on William Decker from his papers. His profession is unknown; however, he did administer peoples' estates from his office in Springfield Gardens, New York. William Decker used Robert McIlvaine Notary Public, Real Estate, and Insurance to administer the properties including rent collection, repairs and upkeep.

The only information the Long Island Division has on Franklin Coles is that he owned property in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Charles Conselyea was a relative of the Conselyeas of Brooklyn. The family owned a farm in Williamsburg. Sometime in the Nineteenth Century they developed this land. In the early twentieth century the land owned by Charles Conselyea was administered by William Decker because Charles was labeled an "incompetent." The Long Island Division does not have any more information on Charles Conselyea.

From the description of William Decker: work records, 1882-1916. (New York State Historical Documents). WorldCat record id: 155406014
