The Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters is a government agency whose main purpose is to ensure that federal, state, and local elections are conducted in a timely and organized manner.

The highest levels of professionalism, accountability, and integrity are maintained to ensure public confidence in the electoral process. The Santa Clara County Registrar of Voters is responsible for providing voting materials to all eligible individuals in the following languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Tagalog.
