James A. Ingalls, born on September 23, 1922, of East Granby, Connecticut, was a Field Representative of the International Union of Electrical, Radio & Machine Workers, AFL-CIO, from the 1950s to 1992.
James A. Ingalls died on November 22, 1998, in Flagler, Florida.
