Riseley wrote the following books: Adujutant's journal Second Battalion 503d Parachute Infantry (1989), Henry Miller's Tropic trial : a comedy-at-law (1969), The myth of Zorbo ; lawyers, judges, buzzards, and skunks (1969), and Tomorrow the water : mystic millionaire George R. Houston's earthquake and oil geological predications as written for him (1970). He also wrote columns in the Los Angeles daily journal.
