Biographical notes:
The company was located at Mobile, Mobile Co., Ala. Its officers and eight stockholders included Rev. Henry A. Newsome, president; Albert Boyd, secretary; I.E. Newsome, vice-president; James R. Knox, cashier; William J. Robinson, manager, realty department; J.R. Robinson, Henry Knox, and Fred Green. Newsome resigned as president, 1911 July 26, and numerous changes in the company's officers and stockholders are noted in the minutes.
