Biographical notes:

The University Religious Association began as the Student Religious Association, a student organization that coordinated religious programs, social services, and holiday services. The Association's key event was the Religion-in-Life Week. Later, the organization was changed to the University Religious Association, an umbrella group for the ministries serving the student body of the University of Florida.

Religion-in-Life Week was an annual lecture event sponsored by the University Religious Association and the Dept. of Religion "to discuss the questions, problems, and challenges of religious and modern life." Each Religion-in Life Week was organized around a particular theme. Week events included films, speakers, seminars, and dormitory discussion groups.
