Potter, Neal
Biographical notes:
Neal Potter was elected to the Montgomery County Council in 1970 after a decade of involvement in County civic activities. He was reelected to the Council until 1986 and served three terms as the Council's president. In 1990 he was elected County Executive and served until 1994.
Mr. Potter returned to the legislative branch in 1994 as Council Member-at-large.
