Belin, Allard, 1752-1820.
Biographical notes:
Plantation owner of Huguenot descent, who for many years planted on Sandy Island (Prince George Winyah Parish), Georgetown County, South Carolina. Allard Belin's son, Colonel Allard Henry Belin (1803-1871), inherited Belin's estate. Allard Henry Belin's plantation was known as Sandy Knowle.
