Established in 1975 as exhibition space for American and European paintings given or loaned to the Federal Reserve Bank. The art program operates under the auspices of a chairman aided by a Volunteer Advisory Panel which has included J. Carter Brown, Douglas Dillon, Mary Lasker, and Dr. Joshua Taylor.
