Biographical notes:
The admission transaction logs are used by the agency to track certain kinds of information involving patients and the activities of the Admissions Section in carrying out assigned functions. The logs document daily admissions, evaluations, commitment hearings, consents signed for the release of information, warrants issued, subpoenas, transfers, and also document the recording of certain statistical information about patients which is used for administrative and planning purposes. The series is also used in making reports and coordinating certain patient activities.
