Biographical notes:
The Medical Records Director serves as chairperson of the Utilization Review Committee for the agency. This committee performs internal audits of the utilization of agency resources used for patient care. The series documents the performance of audit reviews by the committee. The records are used to justify to the State Health Department and other providers of funds the admission and length of stay of patients receiving financial support.
