Austin Cooper, F.S,A., (1759-1830) was a tax collector for the Treasury in Dublin and an antiquarian who sketched the ancient buildings and monuments of Ireland. The copiest, Austin Damer Cooper was a Commissioner and Justice of the Peace in County Dublin. In "A history of the County Dublin", 1902, a note in 'Authorities' lists Cooper's note book, a manuscript in possession of the late Austin Damer Cooper. Mark Perrin was either a son or brother of Justice Louis Perrin.
