Biographical notes:
The Osobyĭ komitet po delam russkikh v Finli︠a︡ndii was founded to assist Russian refugees in Finland after the Finnish announcement of independence in December 1917. The committee gave support to General I︠U︡denich's White Army on the northwest front during the Civil War.
