Biographical notes:
Cecil Edward Martin was an alumnus of Wake Forest College (Class of 1907). He obtained his medical degree from the Medical College of the University of Virginia and practiced medicine in Emporia, Virginia, 1913-1957, and Margaretsville, North Carolina, 1909-1913.
