Biographical notes:
Hugh Judge was a Quaker minister. The son of Irish immigrants, Hugh and Margaret Judge, he was born around 1750. He was convinced to Quakerism and in 1776 married Susanna Hatton. He was a travelling minister, and died in 1834.
