Jacob Maltiel-Gerstenfeld is a native of Lwow, Poland, and a survivor of the Holocaust. He escaped Nazi persecution by fleeing to Romania where he lived under the assumed identity of an aryan. He emigrated to Palestine at the end of World War II.
