John Taylor Flake was born 28 Dec 1882 in Snowflake, Navajo, Arizona to William Jordan Flake and Lucy Hannah White Flake. He married Carrie Lindsay on 5 May 1910 in Salt Lake City, Utah. After Carrie passed away in 1938, he married Sarah Annis Jackson on 30 May 1945. He passed away on 3 May 1973 in Mesa, Maricopa, Arizona.

John T. Flake (1882-1973) was a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints between 1907 and 1910. He was born in Snowflake, Arizona, and died in Mesa, Arizona in 1973.
