Biographical notes:
The dairy industry unionized during the early 1900s due to the falling price of dairy products which negatively impacted wages. Good Humor Corporation, founded in 1920 in Ohio, primarily produced ice cream desserts. The company changed its name to Good Humor-Breyers Ice Cream in 1993.
