Biographical notes:
Realtor. Received early education in Stockton, Calif. B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of California. Graduate work in Business Administration at University of Wisconsin. Self-employed as a residential and commercial properties broker in Stockton (1947-1991). Member of National Association Real Estate Boards, International Real Estate Federation, President, University of California Real Estate Advisory Committee, member of Build America Better and National Solar Energy Advisory Committee. Active in Republican politics, Robbins lobbied against Open Housing (1964) and for the Jarvis-Gann Initiative (1978).
