Founded in 1898, the International Circulation Managers Association (ICMA) was a professional alliance with an international focus responsible for the marketing, sale and/or distribution of daily newspapers. On June 1, 1992 the ICMA merged with seven other similar organizations to form the Newspaper Association of America (NAA).
