Biographical notes:
Cissy Skinner Edmond was born 22 July 1908 in Caldwell, Texas to Wickliffe and Aurelia Skinner. She married Harry Edmond 25 October 1947. Mrs. Edmond was a long time resident of San Angelo. She was an artist, a genealogist, and a member of the Pocahontas Chapter of the DAR.
