Biographical notes:
Thomas Karren was born in May 1810, on the Isle of Man. He married Ann Ratcliff in England in 1833. She wrote him frequently on his mission to Hawai'i from 1853-1854. Karren served in the Mormon Battalion (Company E). He was the first settler in Lehi, Utah. He married Selina Miller (1857), Elizabeth Milne (1865), Hannah East (1865), and Elizabeth Bowen (1868). He passed away in April 1876, in Lehi, Utah.

He married Selina Miller (1857), Elizabeth Milne (1865), Hannah East (1865), and Elizabeth Bowen (1868). He passed away April 4, 1876, in Lehi, Utah County, Utah.
