The New York Farm Labor Program was composed of representatives of the United States Employment Service, the Office of Labor, War Food Administration, Farm Security Administration, the Extension Service of the New York State Colleges of Agriculture and Home Economics, the New York State Department of Education, the New York State Farm Manpower Service, and the Association of New York State Canners.
