Biographical notes:
The lost continent of Mu was, according to James Churchward, a huge land occupying most of the middle Pacific Ocean that was destroyed in a large geologic event. Churchward claimed the people of Mu went on to settle other advanced civilizations and that their existence was documented by other cultures like the Mayas.
