Biographical notes:
Thomas Sloo was a partner in the firms of Baker, Sloo and Company and Whitney and Sloo Company of New Orleans, Louisiana. These companies manufactured saddlery, harnesses, and collars. Sloo married Duncan Kenner's granddaughter.
