Bliss, Kermit E., 1920-
Biographical notes:
Kermit Bliss (b. March 31, 1920) served with the 8th Air Force, 7th Photo Group during World War II. After the war, he moved to Madison (Wisconsin) and joined the Reserves, with whom he achieved the rank of Colonel before retiring after thirty years of service. Bliss spent thirty-eight years working for the Board of Education and Madison Community Center, eventually becoming the director.
