Fuller, Mabel
Biographical notes:
Mabel Durham Fuller was born in 1902. She was a member of the International Ladies' Garment Workers' Union Local 62 and became the first African-American staff member of the Educational Dept. in 1946. She was the first woman to attend Harvard Trade Institute, in 1945. She joined WACS, and previously headed the Women's Service Brigade in Local 62.
