Biographical notes:
The Iowa State University solar car team, Team PrISUm, is a student-run organization started in 1989, which designs, builds, and races solar powered electric vehicles in the American Solar Challenge (previously known as Sunrayce). Teams have two years between races to design, construct, and test their cars. They are also responsible for raising funds and acquiring parts for the construction of the solar car.
