Biographical notes:
Barbara Ramusack was a faculty member in the Department of History. Ramusack began teaching at UC in 1967 and served as professor, graduate studies director, head of the Department of History, and Charles Phelps Taft Professor of History, teaching Womens' Studies and Asian Studies, with a research focus on India. She retired on September 1, 2009 after 42 years of service to the University.
