Lawyer, of Nev.; b. 1872, Steubenville, Ohio; graduate law degree at Stanford University; 1897, associate of law firm Reddy, Campbell and Metson and Brown, San Francisco; admitted Supreme Court of California, 1896; law practice in San Francisco until 1902; law practice: (opened 1902) Campbell, Metson and Brown, Tonopah, Nev., 1902, offices: Tonapah and Goldfield, Nev., after law firm dissolved in 1910, Brown remained and took over the business.
