Biographical notes:
Stanislaus County, Calif. contractor and farmer. Worked for various irrigation districts and railroads building canals, flumes and roadbeds. Projects described in interviews include: work for Modesto Irrigation District, Turlock Reservoir, South San Joaquin Irrigation District, LaGrange Morgan flume; Riverbank Oakdale Extension (of Santa Fe Railroad) and Modesto Interurban Railroad.
