Hans Walter wurde am 17.1.1912 in Brügg b. Biel geboren. Er starb am 24.5.1993 in Buchillon (VD). Schriftsteller und Zeichner. Hans Walter studierte in München und Berlin Germanistik und Kunstgeschichte und debütierte mit 21 Jahren als Schriftsteller. Er war ein literarisch-künstlerisches Doppeltalent. Als Schriftsteller stand Walter zeitlebens ausserhalb der modischen Strömung und lebte während nahezu fünf Jahrzenten zurückgezogen am Genfersee.
