Biographical notes:

New Orleans physician. Retired professor of surgery, LSUMC. His interest in photography led him to work with Eugene Delcroix and he later studied with Ansel Adams. He is known for his work with Xray and high contrast images, as well as conventional photos.

Bert Myers is a retired academic physician (Professor of Surgery at LSUMC), and also a photographer who has studied with New Orleans artist Eugene Delcroix, as well as with Ansel Adams. He is known for his work with x-ray and high contrast images, creating artistic images of natural and manmade subjects in both color and black and white. Dr. Myers is the husband of Joel Grossman Myers.
