This series documents the deposit of cash receipts in banks, both for State Deposits for Reimbursement and for local funds. The original certificates are sent to the State Treasurer's Office and to the Department of Accounts where they are reviewed for completeness and accuracy and processed into the Commonwealth Accounting System (CARS).
