Biographical notes:

Ruth Hardy Funk was the General Young Women President during the years 1972-1978. Under her presidency the YWMIA became an auxiliary to the priesthood, youth leadership was emphasized, personal progress was introduced, the final June conference was held, and a Young Women songbook published.
