The committee planted 500 at Douglas County High School, Salisbury Equestrian Park, and Highlands Ranch Heritage Park. 1994: Fourth Annual Arbor Day. Groups planted trees in Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch and Franktown. 1995: Fifth Annual Arbor Day. Trees were planted in Parker, Castle Rock, Highlands Ranch and Franktown. 1996: Sixth Annual Arbor Day. Trees were planted in Castle Rock at Plum Creek and Founder's Village, in Franktown, Parker, Larkspur, and Highlands Ranch 1997: Seventh Annual Arbor Day. Trees were planted in Parker, Castle Rock, Lone Tree, at Ponderosa High School, along the Cherry Creek Trail at Stroh Rd., in Highlands Ranch, Pinery Park, Franktown, and Castlewood Canyon State Park.
