Parish of Saint Matthews (S.C.) was an election district within former Orangeburg District, a precint that was roughly equivalent to area now known as Calhoun County, S.C.; the more recently founded town of Saint Matthews (S.C.) is the county seat of Calhoun County, established 1908.
